— A Conversation with Anastasia Armanova on Abuse, Integrity, and Returning to Source
This video is a vulnerable sharing of my personal experience within the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) — which I co-created alongside Venant Wong in 2017 — and why I chose to leave it in 2024.
The decision to step away was not taken lightly. It emerged from years of witnessing and personally experiencing the manipulation, misuse of power, misleading teachings, and emotional, spiritual, and energetic abuse that permeated the structure and dynamic of the organization.
But this isn’t just about one man or one method. This is something happening across many spiritual circles and modalities. It is a symptom of what occurs when powerful spiritual energies are channeled through humans who are not fully clear, ethical, or in integrity.
Because the truth is — it’s not the energy that is wrong. The energy is sacred, alive, and intelligent. What distorts it is the human filter. When energy is used from a place of ego, control, or unprocessed trauma, the frequency gets twisted — and the work becomes harmful rather than healing.
That’s why it’s essential to use deep discernment on this path. Say no when something feels off. Trust your body. And always seek a practitioner who is not only powerful, but who carries moral clarity, emotional maturity, empathy, and care — someone who honors the responsibility of this work.
That is why I created Portal to Grace — not just as my own next step, but as a platform rooted in truth. A space where especially women can reclaim their power, remember who they are, and deepen in this sacred work without attaching to a teacher, a name, a method, or a pyramid-shaped hierarchy.
Because this energy — our life force — is not a technique. It is not something we "do."It is who we are. And it’s time we return to that remembrance.
This conversation is just one piece of a much deeper and more complex story. Not everything could be shared in the two-hour space of this interview. There are many layers, many moments that shaped this decision, and much still integrating within me.
Also, due to a technical issue, the final 15 minutes of the interview are missing from the YouTube video, but they are important. You can watch them on my Instagram here: Watch the final 15 minutes → Instagram video
I share this not to create division, but to restore integrity to this field, to support those who have felt the distortion yet doubted themselves, and to offer a new way forward — one rooted in presence, clarity, and sovereignty.
And remember: there are beautiful practitioners out there who hold this work with purity and grace. They may not always be the loudest, and they may not be many —but they exist.
