Refund Policy

All bookings for Portal to Grace events, trainings, and sessions are non-refundable, as your payment secures your place and allows us to hold the energetic and logistical container in advance.

We kindly ask that you commit with presence and intention before booking.

In the rare case that Portal to Grace cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered the choice to:

• Transfer your payment to a future offering, or

• Receive a full refund

If you are unable to attend an event you have booked, please reach out as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds for cancellations initiated by the participant, we are open to discussing individual situations with care and integrity.
