Sigrid Brelid is a spiritual teacher and transmission facilitator whose work explores awakening, embodiment and the direct recognition of our essential nature.
For nearly a decade, she has worked with life force and transmission as pathways into deeper presence, inner transformation and remembrance. Her approach brings together direct energetic transmission with non-dual understanding, embodied practice and a deep trust in Grace.
Sigrid's path began in Bali in 2016 and developed through years of direct experience, facilitation and teaching around the world. She was the co-founder of Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), which grew into an international movement, and spent several years facilitating and training practitioners across different countries.
In 2024, she stepped away from KAP and the structures she had helped create to follow a more independent path rooted in direct experience rather than a particular modality or lineage.
At the heart of her work is a simple understanding: awakening is not something to attain, but something to become available to.
Rather than seeking extraordinary states or escaping our human experience,
Sigrid's teaching invites a deeper intimacy with life as it is. Awakening becomes embodied as we learn to meet the full spectrum of experience with presence, allowing what has been realised inwardly to move into our relationships, creativity, purpose and everyday lives.
Transmission is central to her work, not as a technique performed upon another, but as an opening to a deeper intelligence already present within life. Through receptivity, presence and attunement, Sigrid holds a field in which each person's own process is invited to unfold in its natural rhythm.
Her work is expressed through energy transmission, meditation, silence, sound, the Way of Tea, retreats, longer journeys of integration and Facilitator Trainings.
Underlying all of these forms is the same invitation: to become increasingly available to Grace, to discover what remains when we stop trying to become something, and to live from the truth of what we already are.
