The focus of The Initiation is to be deeply immersed in the field for five days, allowing the system to organically open and embody spirit. Each participant moves through a unique process that continues to unfold beyond the retreat itself. Within this deeper container, we also develop as a group, each day building upon the previous one. Through shared presence and the coherence of the group field, a depth of process becomes accessible that is rarely reached in single sessions or shorter immersions. As the process deepens, layers of resistance may begin to soften and dissolve, allowing for a clearer sense of self and a more direct connection to one’s inner truth. The intention is to support a life lived in deeper alignment with one’s inner truth, life force energy, and the intelligence of the heart, a path toward wholeness, unity consciousness and embodied awakening.

Each person’s process is unique. However, many participants experience: • a deeper connection to their life force energy, inner guidance, and relationship to spirit • increased clarity around their path, choices, and inner knowing • emotional releases or shifts that create more space, openness, and ease • a greater sense of grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation • deeper alignment across the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of the self • a deepening connection to the heart and its innate intelligence • a more direct relationship to the body’s natural capacity for healing and expression • a deepening of embodiment, feeling more connected to the body and to life • a subtle but lasting shift in how they relate to themselves and their experience For some, this may also include the awakening or refinement of intuitive and creative expressions. The process often continues to unfold beyond the retreat, as the system integrates and stabilizes what has opened.

This training-retreat is for those who have some prior experience of this work through classes or workshops with Sigrid, as well as practitioners who wish to deepen their development and understanding. It is not a facilitator training, but rather a space for personal and professional development, and for some, a first step toward working with this field more consciously over time. For Sigrid, this work is not something you “become” in a few days. It is a gradual unfolding. This retreat exists for those who wish to immerse themselves more deeply, experience meaningful shifts, and strengthen their relationship with their inner intelligence. It is for those who feel resonance with Sigrid and this field, and who are ready to explore embodiment, healing, purpose, and the expression of their unique essence. We practice presence with all that is, shadow and light, expanding our capacity to feel, hold, and meet life as it unfolds. This supports a grounded and mature opening to the process, helping you move through deeper energetic shifts with awareness, stability, and a greater capacity to integrate your experience. A path forward For some, this retreat may open a deeper interest in working with this field beyond personal practice. While The Initiation is not a facilitator training, it lays an important foundation for those who feel called to continue deepening. Sigrid offers more advanced spaces and mentorship for a smaller number of people over time. This is not a fixed next step, but something that unfolds naturally, based on readiness, alignment, and mutual resonance.

This retreat is not for those who are looking for a quick fix or a single peak experience. It is not suited for complete beginners with no prior experience of this work, as it is important to already have a basic understanding of the process and a felt sense of the field. This space may also not be the right fit if you are not willing to meet yourself honestly, or if you are not ready to engage with the depth and subtlety of this work over time. The Initiation is for those who feel a genuine resonance, and who are ready to step into a more committed and conscious relationship with their own process.

The training will take place at Björnbacka Retreat centre 35 minutes outside of Stockholm ​​​​ 28th of April to 3rd of May includes 5 nights accommodation and meals.
