CHA DAO: THE WAY OF TEA 茶道

Transmission & Tea Ceremony

SIDRID-67.jpg

Rooted in ancient Buddhist meditation practice, tea ceremony offers a gentle return to presence. For Sigrid, it has become a daily anchor, a sacred rhythm that continues to shape her life in quiet, powerful ways. Over time, it became clear that when this practice was shared, people were not only meeting tea, but also connecting to the field. What emerged was not just a ceremony, but a living vessel for the transmission, supporting deeper integration and embodied awareness over time.

This practice is deeply connective.
It brings us back to the body, the breath, the Earth beneath our feet.
It is a bridge between yin and yang, earth and sky, spirit and form.
A return to the living moment, where all is already whole.

A tea ceremony is not only about tea.
It is a dance of being with all that is, a sacred ritual where the simplest gestures become meditation.

As we allow ourselves into the present moment, our natural state begins to reveal itself.

We are invited to return to the now and discover that the extraordinary lives within the ordinary.

It is also a powerful tool for integration and lasting awareness, both within and beyond the energy work.

In these ceremonies, we drink pure, carefully sourced teas from wild and organically grown tea trees. These living teas carry the clarity and intelligence of the land they come from, a gift from Mother Earth. As we drink, we are not only receiving tea, but entering into relationship with the elements themselves: earth, water, fire, and air.

Many of Sigrid’s students naturally continue the practice long after their sessions, welcoming Tea as a guide and companion on their path.

She is honoured to share this living tradition with you.

Let’s meet together, in the eternal now.
