An energy transmission is as a process of attunement and remembrance.

 

As a facilitator, or space holder we attune deeply to the field, becoming receptive to Grace, life force energy, the Divine Mother, and allowing myself to rest more fully in the wholeness that is already here.

 

From this space, those receiving the transmission are invited into the same field of attunement.

 

The facilitator serves as a tuning fork. When one system becomes deeply attuned, something in those around it can begin to resonate. The body may respond spontaneously. Energy may begin to move. Emotion may release. Stillness may deepen. And something within us can begin to remember what the thinking mind has forgotten.

This is one of the great mysteries and beauties of transmission work.

Life force carries its own intelligence. Rather than directing that intelligence or deciding what another person needs, we create the conditions for the system to listen more deeply to itself.

 

As life force moves through us, we may experience a sense of opening, release, greater inner space and a gradual softening of what has kept us contracted or disconnected. Sometimes the process is powerful and expressive. Sometimes it is almost completely still.

The deeper invitation is the same: to surrender into the intelligence already within us.

​

Over time, transmission can become much more than an experience on the mat. It can become a relationship with life itself.

​

As we soften, listen and surrender, we may find ourselves coming into deeper contact with our bodies, our truth, our natural expression and the quiet presence beneath everything we experience.

This is the movement of Grace.

Not toward becoming something more, but toward remembering what has always been here.

 

A gradual return to wholeness.
